Blaymires Recruitment is representing a well-established and highly respected building contractor based near Ferndown, Dorset, who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
The company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out, new build, extension and structural alteration projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors. Typical project values range from £1 million to £15 million.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects across the UK, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams from pre-construction through to completion, building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fit-out and new build projects across the UK.
- Organise and chair pre-start meetings with clients and Site Managers.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project teams throughout each project.
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to procure and appoint subcontractors. xgikmsk
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure all risk assessments, method statements, Construction Phase Plans and Health & Safety documentation are completed and maintained.
