Blaymires Recruitment is working with a long-established and highly respected Groundworks contractor based near Southampton, who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
With over 30 years of successful trading, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality groundwork packages across the South. Their workload spans speculative residential developments, housing association schemes, and a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to take full commercial ownership of multiple projects and play an integral role in the company’s continued growth.
The Role
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage multiple groundwork projects valued up to £3m.
- Oversee all commercial aspects across a range of packages including bulk earthworks, deep drainage, enabling works, foundations, infrastructure, highways (S278 & S38), and surfacing.
