The company is searching for an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of an £8 million high-end new build residence in Marlow, overseeing the project from inception through to completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a landmark project where attention to detail, quality of finish and client satisfaction are paramount.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, maintain programme targets and drive quality throughout every stage of construction.
