The company is searching for an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of an £8 million high-end new build residence in Marlow, overseeing the project from inception through to completion.

The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, maintain programme targets, and drive quality throughout every stage of construction. - Managing all site operations throughout the construction programme.

About You
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects and a passion for excellence. You will possess:

- A thorough understanding of construction methodology and building regulations.
- The confidence to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
- A hands-on approach combined with a strong eye for detail.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at £5m+.
- SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS Management Card.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience
- Luxury residential or bespoke private client projects.
- New build residential developments of similar scale and complexity.
- Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
- CIOB membership or equivalent professional accreditation.
