Blaymires Recruitment is representing a well-established refurbishment contractor based near Ringwood, Hampshire, who is looking to recruit an Estimator / Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company has a long-standing reputation for delivering refurbishment, restoration, fit-out, shopfitting and extension projects across the UK. They work with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients across the retail, leisure, education, medical, heritage and office sectors, with project values typically ranging from £200k to £4m.
Due to a steady increase in workload, they are now seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with traditional pricing experience who can manage projects from initial enquiry through to final account. The role will involve working on fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out projects, so strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to visit sites when required will be important.
