The company has been operating for over 15 years and has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fit-out and extension projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Construction Manager capable of taking day-to-day ownership of a complex £5m leisure transformation project.
The ideal candidate will be either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager who has experience in managing commercial projects ranging between £3M to £8M.
