Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) Location: Bournemouth University
Fit-Out Project Duration: Ongoing Day Rate or Salary - Up to Β£50,000 + Van + 23 Days Holiday + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading refurbishment contractor based near Bournemouth who is seeking a Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join their growing team. The company has built a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, restoration, fit-out and shopfitting projects across the UK. The company is looking for a Working Foreman to run the forthcoming fit-out project at Bournemouth University. This project will consist of suspended ceilings, plastering, dry lining, carpentry works and internal decorations. The company is very busy and is looking for a Foreman to join them on a long-term basis. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Working Site Manager. Strong refurbishment experience across a range of sectors. Carpentry background with own tools (essential). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to balance site management duties with working on the tools. Site qualifications: CSCS black card, SMSTS certificate (essential) Excellent eye for detail and quality workmanship. A history of good tenure and reliability.
