The company is well-known for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across the commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors, with project values ranging up to £500k.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Full commercial management of multiple projects
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts
- Cost reporting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle
