The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple roofing and cladding projects
- Programming works in line with project timelines
- Managing directly employed and subcontract labour
- Preparing RAMS, quality plans, and ensuring compliance
- Monitoring site progress and recording variations
- Liaising with clients, main contractors, and internal teams
- Organising materials, plant, and logistics
- Attending site and client meetings
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to specification
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing and/or cladding
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
- Strong organisational and communication skills
