Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
- Report-writing skills or Project Management skills
- Minimum of 3 years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy
- Pre- and post-contract experience
- Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
- Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems)
- Organised, diligent, and commercially aware
- A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
