The company has built a reputation for delivering high quality contemporary new homes throughout Hampshire and Dorset. The role of the Senior Land Buyer:
- You will be a motivated, ambitious, and proactive Land Buyer with excellent relationship building skills.
- You must demonstrate a strong network of contacts within the Hampshire, Dorset and Southern regions with the ability to source land whilst also producing and presenting land offers and negotiating the best possible terms.
- You must possess experience within land management and have strong organisation and communication skills.
- You should be able to relate to all levels of staff and stakeholders while maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.
