The business specialises in supporting clients with cladding combustibility risk, defects, and remedial works, and is currently managing a variety of projects across social housing, private landlords, consortiums, and management companies.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
- Report-writing skills or Project Management skills
- Minimum of 3 years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
- Pre- and post-contract experience.
- Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).
- Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.
- A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
