The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple roofing and cladding projects
- Programming works in line with project timelines
- Managing directly employed and subcontract labour
- Preparing RAMS, quality plans, and ensuring compliance
- Monitoring site progress and recording variations
