A leading building contractor based in Whiteley is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support continued business growth across a varied project portfolio.
The business delivers commercial and residential projects, including new build and refurbishment, working with private clients, local authorities and commercial organisations.
Project values range up to £5m.
This is a key role offering full commercial ownership, taking projects from inception through to final account.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the effective management of all pre- and post-contract commercial activities, ensuring robust cost control, value for money and successful project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
