The business specialises in supporting clients with cladding combustibility risk, defects, and remedial works, and is currently managing a variety of projects across social housing, private landlords, consortiums, and management companies.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
  • Report-writing skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
  • Pre- and post-contract experience.
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).
  • Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.
  • A team player with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
