Are you a passionate Graduate Building Surveyor looking to make a real impact? Join a forward-thinking consultancy near Romsey, specialising in managing cladding and remedial projects. The company works with social housing providers, landlords, and private clients and is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to assist the team on these vital projects.

You will be joining a talented and vibrant team of senior building surveyors who will be on hand to help and support you through your development and journey towards chartership. You will assist in the duties below:

  • Working as part of a team across disciplines, this role sits within the Surveying team, working alongside Surveyors and Fire Engineers to provide expert reports on façades.
  • Completion of other external wall survey reports relating to Building Regulations compliance, material identification, and guidance on meeting regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance on the extent and scope of investigations required as part of the assessments completed.
  • Undertaking various elements of external wall assessments, ensuring compliance with PAS 9980:2022.
  • Assisting in the surveying, designing, specifying, supervising and managing of external wall surveys.
  • Carrying out miscellaneous, professional and technical duties, including general surveys, condition surveys, FRAEWs, etc.
  • Provide support to other technical staff as required by Line manager, including researching and providing technical support in regular Client stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying and 12 continuous months of work experience.
