Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager:
  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to help ensure projects run to programme.
  • Support the management team by updating and maintaining the Project Hub and other tracking systems.
  • Send out tender enquiries to trusted subcontractors and suppliers, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
  • Order construction materials and assist with researching alternative options where needed.
  • Keep project files and documentation organised and up to date, using both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist the Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Help manage internal databases and carry out general office support tasks as required.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
