Estimator / Surveyor Refurbishment / Fit-out Sector Fordingbridge , Hampshire Salary up to £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading refurbishment contractor based near Fordingbridge, Hampshire who is searching for an Estimator / Surveyor to join the business.The company has a long-standing reputation for undertaking refurbishment, restoration, fit-out, shopfitting and extension projects across the UK. They work for an extensive list of blue-chip clients across the Retail, Leisure, Education, Medical, Historical and Office sectors with project values ranging from £200K to £3M. Due to a steady increase in workload, they are looking to recruit an Estimator/ Surveyor with schedule of rates and traditional pricing experience who will be able to price jobs and financially manage 2 to 3 live projects through to final account.The nature of the projects you will be working on are fast paced and will require a high degree of organisation as well as needing to visit sites when required. You will be joining a friendly and supportive contractor who has long-term plans to grow and will offer a stable and interesting career. The role would suit an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or Estimator / Surveyor who has a refurbishment, fit-out or main contracting experience.
