Commercial Manager – Main Contractor Ringwood, Hampshire Salary up to £80,000 + Car Allowance £6000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading offsite design and build contractor based near Ringwood, who is searching for a Commercial Manager to join the business. The company is well known for being the South’s largest modular building contractor and has successfully delivered projects across the MoD, Residential and Education sectors. Projects have included classrooms through to large scale accommodation with project values ranging from £1M to £30M. As Commercial Manager you will manage the commercial performance of all projects across the business. You will provide commercial support to the Project Managers & Surveyors to allow management of project and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance meets or exceeds profitability targets. Key responsibilities of the Commercial Manager : As the Commercial Manager within the business, you will support the Finance & Commercial Director. Manage Commercial contracts with the business & clients at all stages.
