As CNC Operator you will set, operate and maintain the Robot and 3 Axis Carve to ensure effective and efficient production of components within agreed KPIs. Key duties and responsibilities: Setting and operating Robot and 3 Axis carver. Manufacturing components to files received within the agreed KPIs. Setting up files on CAD ready to carve. Carrying out basic maintenance of both machines Maintaining accurate product records. Controlling stock. Quality control. What are we looking for? As CNC Operator, you will have the following. Essential skills GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Proven experience as CNC operator Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings Computer literate with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow.
