We are thrilled to have recently opened a canteen in our brand-new facility in Basingstoke and are looking for a Canteen Assistant to help make it a success.
Hours: 20 hours per week, 1pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis.
The Role
As Canteen Assistant, you will ensure the efficient operation of the onsite canteen, providing a quality service to all users.
- Basic food preparation.
- Setting up and breaking down food preparation area.
- Cleaning and sanitising food preparation equipment.
- Taking orders and serving Blatchford employees and visitors, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Ensuring canteen area is kept clean, tidy, sanitised and ready for use.
- Keeping track of food and supply inventory levels, ordering new supplies as needed.
