We have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our commercial team at our Head Office in Basingstoke, initially on a three-month fixed term contract.

What will you be doing? As French Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will manage customer accounts to deliver excellent service.

  • Call handling and direct contact with the customer.
  • Entering orders and managing order fulfilment.
  • Communicating with customers on status of their orders and back orders.
  • Chasing missing lines on orders and liaising with operations team for an update.
  • Supporting price and invoice queries from customers and sales teams.
  • Raising credits for customers.
  • Maintain an issue log and work to resolve outstanding items.
  • Supporting aftercare service.
