We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Administrator to work as an integral part of our small team of Orthotic Service Administrators based at our Northampton centre.
The role
- Assist the Orthotists and Department Managers in the provision of orthoses, and associated equipment to our service users.
- Respond to telephone, email and in-person enquiries in a confidential, professional, and helpful manner.
- Liaise with the Orthotists and Blatchford Managers to ensure a quality service is provided.
- Initial screening of referrals received via NHS email system.
- Upload appropriate new and self-referral information onto Rehabilitation Management System (RMS) for clinician triage.
- Book appointments with patients over the telephone.
- Ensure waiting list data is kept up to date.

- Maths and English GCSE C or above (or equivalent).
- Competent with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous office administration experience.
- Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
