What you’ll do

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies to foster a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably within the industrial or construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage customer relationships.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
