The Team Operations Manager plays a key role in the Supercell Ecosystem, delivering operational support and building relationships with teams and players. In the role you will be responsible for planning the team's journey from start to end and ensuring they are well informed and prepared for the tournament ahead.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and daily performance of Freelance Player Managers while on-site during events.
- Provide comprehensive on-site coordination for both players and team organizations.
- Logistical planning including the tracking and booking of travel and lodging.
- Supervise and reconcile team-related chargeback expenses and prize money payments.
- Manage and update the participation obligations and requirements for all participating teams.
- Deliver precise and punctual team communications regarding requirements, obligations, logistics and planning.
- Facilitate Discord support for co-streamers and local language communities.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance the overall player journey and product integration.
Qualifications
Essential: Experience with player management and/or event management.
Desirable: Knowledge of Braw Stars and the Supercell universe.
