You will be working in the Team Relations department as the manager directly responsible for the Supercell ecosystem - in close collaboration with other departments to deliver on the player/team experience from beginning to end. Within the Team Operations department, managers of each ecosystem work together to support each other across our titles where workload and schedules align. You would be reporting to the Senior Team Operations Manager for regular updates, and support.

The Team Operations Manager plays a key role in the Supercell Ecosystem, delivering on both a practical operational level and building relationships with the teams and players. In the role you will be responsible for planning the team's journey from start to end and making sure they are well informed and prepared for the tournament ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and daily performance of Freelance Player Managers while on-site during events.
  • Provide comprehensive on-site coordination for both players and team organizations.
  • Logistical planning including the tracking and booking of travel and lodging.
  • Supervise and reconcile team-related chargeback expenses and prize money payments.
  • Manage and update the participation obligations and requirements for all participating teams.
  • Deliver precise and punctual team communications regarding requirements, obligations, logistics and planning.
  • Facilitate Discord support for co-streamers and local language communities.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance the overall player journey and product integration.

  • Experience with player management and/or event management.

  • Knowledge of Braw Stars and the Supercell universe.
