- Comfortable with productivity tools and e‑signature platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue contracts: Review, draft and negotiate under supervision (e.g., publisher/sponsorship, media rights, content/distribution licenses, event hosting terms, talent/appearance releases, merch collaborations, NDAs).
- Ecosystems & Live: Draft and negotiate vendor/supplier agreements for events and production (venues, staging/AV, travel/logistics, freelancers/contractors), plus MSAs and statements of work where applicable.
- NDAs & templates: Own the NDA pipeline; maintain and improve contract templates to reflect BLAST's best practices.
- Company secretarial: Assist with company‑wide filings with authorities (e.g., Companies House and HMRC in the UK, Erhvervsstyrelsen and Danish Tax Authorities in Denmark), including confirmation statements, director changes, share issuances, and option filings, in coordination with wider BLAST departments.

- Contract operations: Manage intake/triage, approvals, e‑signature and filing; keep our contract records tidy and searchable.
- Training & enablement: Share practical, bite‑size guidance for non‑legal teams and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
