Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team for our newly launching Tiny Fins Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons to individuals or small groups
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area
- Evaluate swimmers' progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements
- Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard
- Current lifeguard certification
- Strong swimming ability and knowledge of different strokes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and enthusiastic demeanor
