We are looking for a Creator Manager to act as the bridge between BLAST’s events and the global creator economy. In this role, you will manage and expand our roster of co-streamers and content partners, ensuring they are activated effectively to drive viewership and fandom.
You have a comprehensive understanding and are an active consumer of Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, and how to effectively activate talent on these platforms. You know how to translate creator influence into commercial success, ensuring partnerships drive both ticket sales, live audience growth and ultimately increase exposure of our events.
Responsibilities:- Manage and support our existing roster of co-streamers across our full suite of events, covering titles including Rocket League, CS2, Dota 2, Brawl Stars, and Fortnite.
- Proactively identify and recruit new high-impact creators who can expand our audience reach and align with our premium brand values.
- Lead the management (specifically via Discord) of our creator network. Act as the primary liaison, ensuring all creators have correct assets, schedules, and information they need to be successful.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, creator agencies, and external industry stakeholders to secure top-tier talent for our events.
- Collaborate closely with the YouTube Coordinator to identify strategic YouTube creators and assist in the outreach process to bring them into BLAST’s creator network.
- Work with the wider marketing team to integrate creators into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring that influencer campaigns directly support business goals like ticket sales and peak concurrent viewership.
- Track and report on the success of creator campaigns, using key metrics to evaluate performance against viewership and ticket sales targets.
- Design and execute creator campaigns that resonate across diverse regions, tailoring your approach to fit local gaming cultures and language nuances.
- Minimum 2 years in influencer marketing, talent management, or community management within the gaming or esports industry.
- Deep familiarity with livestreaming platforms; an active consumer of Twitch, YouTube, and Kick with an understanding of each platform’s culture and meta.
- Working understanding of esports ecosystems across core titles such as RLCS, Counter‑Strike 2, and Dota 2.
- Strong grasp of how creators operate, what drives influence, how fandoms behave, and how to activate authentically across livestreaming.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across individual streamers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Existing relationships with mid‑to‑top tier creators in gaming / esports.
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Streams Charts, Esports Charts etc.) to validate creator performance.
- Experience with Influencer Martech tools (Modash, Sprout etc.) to help identify new creators.
