The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer in our Marlow office. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years PQE.
The team represents clients in High Court litigation in England and Wales. The team also handles Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, including arbitration and mediation.
Key experience:
- Will challenges
- Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- Executor and beneficiary disputes including Section 50 Administration of Justice Act claims and Section 116 Senior Courts Acts claims and presumption of death claims
- Trust disputes - Actions against trustees for breach of trust and sham actions
- Proprietary estoppel - Good working knowledge of the principles and the applicable case authorities
- Trusts of land matters - experience of the above disciplines and progressing matters in the County Court and High Court
Competence will be expected in the following areas:

- Management, supervision and mentoring
- Above and beyond
