- Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional to lead the team at Northern Sands Hotel and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- As Hotel Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, setting high standards of presentation, service and professionalism while inspiring the team to do the same.
- The successful candidate will be confident across front-of-house, bar, restaurant and accommodation operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm Highland welcome and consistently high standards of care.
- This role requires an energetic, organised and adaptable individual who can remain calm under pressure and manage daily operations with confidence and efficiency.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Competent IT skills, with experience using online booking systems and EPOS systems desirable.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role.
- Full driving licence.
- Knowledge of licensing laws; a personal licence holder would be preferred.
- Terms and Conditions
- Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hours: 45 hours per week, including weekends and evenings. Hours may vary seasonally, with longer hours during the summer and shorter hours during the winter.
