Add a Spark to the Ordinary… Do you know our shops better than anyone - and want to help make them run even better? Field supply chain comes down to three core things: ordering the right amount, receiving deliveries accurately, and counting stock properly. Simple in theory, but in practice it’s what separates a smooth shift from a shop unexpectedly running out of oat milk on a busy Monday morning. We're looking for our next Supply Chain Secondment - someone who truly understands life in the field and is curious about what happens behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, highly organised, comfortable working with numbers, and holds high standards for execution, with a genuine interest in how the business operates end to end. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Making every launch land – leading Limited Time Offer rollouts by visiting shops, reviewing orders, checking par levels, and flagging anything that could put readiness at risk.
  • Improving how we count – supporting GMs and teams through stock count prep, execution, and follow‑up; helping improve accuracy across shops and identify process gaps.
  • Keeping shops in the loop – spotting ordering outliers, following up on par level compliance, and keeping communication channels up to date.
  • Keeping day‑to‑day basics on track – jumping into supplier requirements, logistics coordination, and on‑demand requests that keep timelines moving.

What's in it for you:

  • Hands‑on experience inside a fast‑moving supply chain team.
  • Real impact on how we operate as we scale in 2026/7.
  • 5 days in our London office, embedded with the team.
  • 1:1 mentoring sessions and career development support.
  • A front‑row seat to how supply chain shapes the brand you work for every day.

Ready to apply?

Submit your CV and a 60‑second video answering: “Why are you applying for the Supply Chain Secondment, and what would you bring from your time in shops?” To be eligible, you must have been with Blank Street for a minimum of 6 months. We'll be in touch if you're selected for interview.
