Blank Street is seeking a UK People Associate to support stores across the UK from our London office. You will partner with Assistant GMs and GMs to strengthen teams, deliver employee experience initiatives, and drive a high-performing, people-first culture during growth.
You’ll blend strategic partnership with hands-on execution, coaching managers, addressing employee relations, and feeding field insights to the People team. This role is based in London with occasional travel.
