The Assistant General Manager role supports our General Managers as the guardians of our stores, owning everything from the experience we provide for our customers, to coaching and motivating our teams so that we successfully deliver our mission to serve our customers high-quality food and coffee at affordable prices. Moving as one, you manage the small things to make the magic happen and ensure our home is the home of our customers and our team members, too.
Who We’re Looking For
- Inspire, motivate and support your store teams to keep bringing their best selves to work every day
- Ensure the daily success of your stores so that we are providing the best service to our customers
- Be a brand ambassador, living our values and upholding our brand standards to the highest level
- Responsible for accurate stock ordering, rota management and maximising commercial opportunity in your stores
- Responsible for all elements of store delivery in the General Manager’s absence
