As Marketing Manager at Blank Street, your mission is to make our brand a meaningful part of culture. You’ll lead our most visible, buzz-worthy moments - from high-profile partnerships and cultural events to buzz-worthy product launches, creating experiences that people remember, share, and talk about. Sitting at the intersection of culture, creativity, and execution, you’ll turn insights into activations that resonate with Gen Z, drive engagement, and elevate Blank Street’s premium positioning.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a big thinker and doer who thrives on building experiences from idea to execution - and wants to help shape the future of a fast-growing, culturally relevant brand.
What You’ll Own- Cultural Partnerships & Brand Moments
- Lead major partnerships: Own the strategy and execution of ~4 key partnership moments per year, from ideation through delivery.
- Shape the story: Identify partners that align with Blank Street’s brand values and cultural ambition across fashion, food, lifestyle, and entertainment.
- Execute flawlessly: Manage contracts, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional execution to deliver high-impact moments.
- Product Campaigns & Digital Expertise
- Bring product campaigns to life: Design and deliver 360 campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and ultimately conversion of our seasonal menu offerings.
- Leverage digital channels: Use social, content, and other digital platforms to amplify campaigns, reach new audiences, and maximize engagement.
- Create buzz: Develop experiences that drive earned media, social sharing, and real-world engagement.
- Test and learn: Experiment with formats, locations, and creative approaches, using learnings to continuously raise the bar.
- Insight-Led Strategy & Storytelling
- Turn insights into action: Use consumer, cultural, and performance insights to shape partnerships, activations, and campaign ideas.
- Elevate brand narrative: Craft compelling stories that strengthen Blank Street’s positioning across channels.
- Measure impact: Define success metrics and use data to evaluate performance and inform future decisions.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor: Manage at least one direct report, setting clear expectations and fostering creativity and growth.
- Collaborate across the business: Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Ops, and Supply Chain to bring ideas to life.
- Own delivery: Keep projects on track by managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with proven success across brand partnerships and experiential marketing.
- A creative thinker who can translate cultural insights into compelling ideas and executions.
- Strong digital marketing experience, with the ability to integrate digital, social, and content channels into partnerships, campaigns, and experiential activations.
- Deeply culturally fluent - plugged into trends across social, fashion, food, and lifestyle.
- A marketing generalist with a good understanding of the full marketing mix: brand, digital, social, and experiential.
- Data-informed and comfortable using insights to guide strategy and optimize performance.
- A confident project leader who can manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple workstreams.
- A natural leader who inspires high standards, ambition, and collaboration.
