We’re looking for a Delivery Project Manager who is excited to shape the future of Blank Street, one beautifully built store at a time. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from site assessments and project planning to construction oversight and completion - delivering both new stores and refurbishments to a high standard and ensuring each site is ready for opening day. This role is based in London with regular travel across the UK as we continue to expand our footprint.
What You’ll Own
- Lead feasibility and project planning
- Carry out technical site appraisals, identifying planning considerations and regulatory constraints
- Produce cost estimates, support capital expenditure growth planning, and manage budgets throughout each project
- Manage project schedules, coordinating all stakeholders to drive projects to completion within budget and on time
- Coordinate design and regulatory compliance
- Partner with the Design team to ensure construction drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with brand standards
- Verify that designs meet building regulations and planning requirements across jurisdictions, and navigate local permitting processes
- Support the Real Estate team with the licence to alter process
- Oversee construction and deliver flawless execution
- Run the tender process, review bids, and appoint contractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold safety and workmanship standards
- Manage relationships with designers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other vendors across multiple markets
- Undertake snagging and handover to the operational team to ensure readiness for opening
- Drive operational excellence
- Maintain organised project documentation, provide regular reporting to the Department Director and Senior Leadership Team, and track key metrics across the estate
- Refine construction processes, vendor management, and project systems to improve efficiency and consistency as we scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Operations, Design and Facilities to support project delivery and long‑term asset performance, capturing lessons learned and feeding them into standards and future designs
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in F&B, retail, or hospitality; shop-fitout experience is essential
- Strong understanding of building regulations, permitting, and planning requirements
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects while meeting targets for quality, budget, and schedule
- Experience managing contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers
- Confident in budget control, forecasting, and financial oversight
- Able to protect design intent on site with a strong eye for detail, including confidently reading and marking up drawings to ensure coordinated, high‑quality output
- Comfortable travelling regularly across the UK for site visits
