The Company

This lovely agency are going from strength to strength delivering global high profile events for a range of pharma and healthcare clients. With a fun and dynamic culture they have a friendly and supportive office environment where hybrid flexible working is encouraged after training period. Working with some big name brands they deliver logistically complex events for delegate numbers in the 1000's all over the world and are now seeking a strong Senior Event Coordinator to join the team.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Event / Project Co-ordinator ready to take the lead on some super exciting global events. This is a client facing role where you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, plan and deliver a range of events from congress attendance to stand alones and ad boards including venue finding, delegate registration and supplier management. The role will include travel on-site internationally where you will be the lead PM for the events.

About you

Ideally already working within an events agency with experience in life science or healthcare events you will have experience in delivering HCP focused events, with complex logistics. An understanding of the compliance regulations in the industry is key and delegate management using Cvent would be preferable. This is a fast paced role where you will handle multiple projects at one time!
