Due to continuous growth and exciting future strategy, we are now supporting with the hire of a Sales Manager to join their thriving MICE sales team.
The Role
The Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling and promoting this diverse range of space and accommodation. With a blend of new business development as well as growing and maintaining existing client and agency relationships across the MICE sector, this is a varied and exciting role. From initial lead generation as well as dealing with inbound business, this is a mix of proactive and reactive sales where you will also meet clients face to face to conduct show arounds and arrange FAM trips. Pitching and creating winning proposals is also part of the role.
About you
With a strong foothold and network already in the MICE hospitality space, you will have a good understanding of the local and wider events and hotels market and thrive on new business. With a proven background in winning business in a hotel, venue or hospitality environment, you are passionate about the MICE market dealing with groups, corporate bookings and events and are a real people person. Fantastic opportunity to join a strong team and work in a fantastic space - driving license and car are a must.
