We are an established exhibition organiser with a portfolio of events across the UK and overseas, delivering large‐scale B2B trade shows and expos in sectors such as healthcare, automotive and beauty. We are in expansion mode and seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.
About the role
This is a 360 Marketing Manager role to drive both exhibition sales, sponsorship and partnership opportunities as well as visitor attraction. You will develop a marketing plan, own budget, drive relationships with partners and sponsors, and target marketing campaigns for specific audiences. This multi‐channel role requires full autonomy while collaborating with sales and operations teams.
About you
We seek a strong background in B2B marketing across a range of campaigns with a focus on campaign ROI linked to sales performance. Experience in marketing B2B events or exhibitions is an advantage but not essential, and a passion for the beauty industry is preferred. A driving licence and own car are required. The role is 4 days a week in the office in West Midlands, 1 day from home, with regular travel to London and occasional international travel.
