Due to exciting growth we are now supporting with two roles in their dedicated venue sourcing team.
The role
As a Venue Sourcing Executive you will be working within a dedicated venue sourcing team, this is a busy role where you will be working on the research for live events, awards ceremonies, conferences and more! From individual client enquiries to working with the events and production teams this is a role that requires excellent communication skills, organisation and passion!
About you
You will have experience in researching key destinations and venues for events; have worked on proposals for clients and be confident in producing venue options within agreed SLA timeframes. Hotel and venue negotiations and cost management will be a key part of the role and you will be adept at using a venue finding system either bespoke or industry leading. It is crucial that you have a full drivers' license and own vehicle to apply for this role.
