Venue Sourcing Account Manager

Location: London / Hybrid.

Stellar opportunity for an experienced Venue Sourcing professional to join a busy team and manage key accounts delivering a range of venue solutions.

Due to exciting growth we are now hiring an experienced venue sourcing professional for their London team.

Role

As a Venue Sourcing Account Manager you will work within a dedicated venue sourcing team, with line‑management responsibilities. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, perform account mapping, develop venue sourcing business, write winning proposals, attend site visits with the events and production teams, ensure maximum commissions from venues, and attend industry events and FAM trips to increase product knowledge.

About You

  • Experience as a venue finder in an agency or venue sourcing company.
  • Ability to build strong relationships to secure repeat business from clients and across a hotel/venue portfolio.
  • Proficiency with venue sourcing software (bespoke or industry leading).
  • Experience line‑managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Full driver’s licence and own vehicle.
