With a pedigree in sourcing for high end corporate events in the UK, Europe and globally our client offers a high touch venue and event sourcing service. Offering a bespoke approach with a deep understanding of each and every brief they also build strong venue and account relationships to ensure a smooth process and to maximise their client\’s ROI every time.
The Role
Due to continuous growth and a busy portfolio of enquiries we are now supporting this lovely agency with the hire of two exciting positions. We have a Venue Finding Consultant as well as a Senior Venue Finding Consultant available. In the senior role you will be looking after a high volume of enquiries for different event types – these can range from a small dinner for 10 pax, to an incentive for 50 pax or a conference for 500pax + Using industry leading software you will source, recommend venues, negotiate rates and contract on behalf of the client. Fam trips and industry events are of course part of this great role and you will manage the more junior Venue Finding Consultants. The Venue Finding Consultant will focus on mid sized and UK / London events.
About you
With a strong London, UK and International venue knowledge you will be in an events / venue sourcing role currently (ideally 2 – 4 + years) and be looking for your next step. You are excellent with clients and build strong venue relationships to ensure best possible rates for your clients. Working in a fast paced environment and juggling multiple projects is music to your ears and you love attending fam trips and networking events.
This is an office based role with a supportive team and great environment.
