The agency is a full service events and communications agency that works with well-known global brands, predominantly in the automotive, technology and pharma sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences. These events include large scale congresses for thousands, standalone meetings for 500 delegates, and product launches, all of which come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in fantastic destinations.
The role involves responding to all RFI and RFPs for global venue finding as part of the full service event offering. Responsibilities include researching and keeping abreast of the latest venues and destinations in the industry, attending FAM trips, and updating the internal database. Building relations with international hotel and event venues, as well as negotiating the best rates possible, is also key.
About you: Ideally, you are currently working in an events or venue finding agency, with global knowledge across a wide range of corporate and unusual venues. You should be confident in negotiating contracts, have an excellent supplier network, and work collaboratively with all departments. Experience working with Cvent for venue finding and an understanding of the processes of working in an agency are key to apply.
