Exciting opportunity to join this busy ticketing team on the pre-planning and coordination of large scale ticket fulfilment.

The company is proud to represent large scale venues that host a range of live events from concerts to music events as well as awards ceremonies, conferences, product launches and galas for a broad range of clients and audiences. The role involves supporting the Ticketing department by managing communications with the venue teams and promoters leading up to the event. Supporting the team with event ticketing builds and meeting deadlines, you will work on the ticketing manifest and movement of the ticket inventory. You will also support with box office operations and deputise for the Duty Manager when needed.

About you: We are looking for a background in events/entertainment with experience in working on ticketing systems/platforms either in sporting or music/live entertainment. You will be used to a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and administration skills. A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be professional at all times is also key. This is a really exciting role for a busy and friendly team where career development is prioritised.
