We are proud to be supporting their senior leadership team with the hire of a senior level Director role to their operations department. The role
This is a super exciting senior level opportunity to join a fantastic team and lead the strategic management of the current FM provider; driving value as well as spearheading any development projects across a wider campus undergoing significant transformation. This role will have a broad remit leading complex, multi-site projects with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring projects are moving in line with the overall strategic business direction.
About you
An experienced leader with extensive facilities management experience; you will have proven experience in leading complex capital projects and FM delivery across multi-site environments, ideally with exposure to multi-use leisure, events or entertainment venues. A strong commercial acumen with a highly analytical mind and complex budget management experience is key. This is a critical role for the business where you will lead large scale projects and be able to demonstrate managing multiple groups, stakeholders and contractors at any one time.
