Amazing opportunity for a Project or Production Assistant to join this thriving event production company!

The company is a scenic fabrication production house with an outstanding reputation for creating a wide range of exciting projects, including experiential activations, temporary structures, installations, and bespoke builds. They handle everything from the creative to the fabrication and work with some of the best brands and creative agencies.

The role is a supporting position where you will work closely with the production and workshop teams on various scenic and fabrication projects. Responsibilities will include sourcing materials, placing orders, updating production schedules, and providing ad hoc logistical and administrative support for installations.

About you: We are looking for a hardworking team player with a positive, proactive, and friendly attitude. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and remain flexible and calm under pressure. Some experience in events, ideally in production with some construction knowledge, would be helpful but not essential. More importantly, you should be highly organised, possess excellent admin skills, and have a passion for the industry! On-site work in the UK and overseas will be required.
