Stellar opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading large format graphics projects for events and exhibitions to join this fast-paced team!
This busy exhibitions graphic team provides event-related graphics across a range of venues, exhibition stands and events. They are now hiring a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager to lead the team. This fantastic team is part of a high-profile exhibitions services business that works with event organisers and brands alike to support the delivery of graphics across trade shows, B2B and B2C events! With a brilliant culture and great benefits, this is a superb opportunity where no two days will feel the same.
This is a senior level role where you will report to the Directors and lead a team of Project Managers and Installers across a wide range of graphics projects for exhibitions, events and venue signage. The role will lead larger scale projects as well as resource planning and scheduling jobs across the team and is very client-facing. Working with organisers and brands, you will advise on costings and budgets, schedule the work across the team and be responsible for liaising with print production partners to negotiate the best quality and price for the jobs. Some hands-on project management and overseeing installations will be required, including ensuring the team works within health & safety guidelines.
We are seeking a strong background in graphics project management, ideally within the exhibitions/events sector. You must have managed a team including formal appraisals/PDPs and 1:1s. As well as a deep understanding of print production, materials and costings, you will also have some experience in artworking for last minute changes to ensure that all graphics are in print-ready format - Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign would be highly advantageous. It goes without saying you will be able to read technical floor plans and have a good understanding of large scale exhibition venues.
