The Agency
With a client list of big name brands and some of the best minds in the business, this agency creates full service comms campaigns for businesses as well as experiences and events. From internal comms conferences, to large scale product launches and activations as well as awards ceremonies - they offer a full services solutions on events from content, to messaging, production and logistics.
The Role
Due to consistent growth across their client base we are now supporting this fantastic agency with the hire of an Event Project Director to take the lead on all event projects. This is a client facing role where you will be expected to build lasting relations as well as organically unearth new opportunities within the accounts. The role will lead projects end to end and work collaboratively with full service departments including strategy, content, creative, film & digital as well as managing suppliers, budgets and on-site execution.
About you
With a strong background in event project delivery in an AGENCY environment you will have delivered large scale events from conferences to awards and incentives as well as roadshows! You will understand broader comms campaigns and how events fits into this and be used to working across agency departments and will external suppliers. You love building client relationships and naturally develop business through excellent delivery and have an understanding of broadcast/hybrid events. Proposal writing and pitching for new business is your strength as well as leading projects end to end - your knowledge of production, content and logistics is equally strong.
