This scenic fabrication and production company is outstanding in their reputation for creating a wide range of exciting projects - from experiential activations, temporary structures, installations or bespoke builds. They have it all under one roof from the creative to the fabrication and work with some of the best brands and creative agencies out there!
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join their team! This will be a broad role and you will be the first point of contact in dealing with client enquiries and emails in a quick and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing samples, equipment, props and materials for projects. You will be supporting Production Managers with putting together quotes and pricing as well as updating project plans and managing smaller builds yourself. Supplier management and negotiations are also part of the role as is general administration and coordination of installations.
We are looking for a team player with a positive and can-do attitude who is super organised and ideally has some experience in a similar production house or fabrication company. Remaining calm under pressure and being able to make decisions as well as communicate with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers alike are all key. Attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative are also very important - this would suit a production coordinator or project coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career! Experience in scenic production / theatre / events production is key.
