The agency is a creative events and production agency who work with a wide range of well known brands to produce brand activations, influencer and press events as well as product launches and immersive experiences. From installs to bespoke builds each project is unique and their highly experienced team respond to each brief with passion and creativity.

The role involves being the client facing lynchpin of each project. Responsibilities include:

  • Working on the concept
  • Overseeing the creative process
  • Liaising with in house production and external build elements
  • Guiding the project through to on-site installation
  • Managing suppliers, budgets and crew
  • Ensuring that each project is delivered to the highest quality and profitability
  • Taking the lead on all client communications
  • Reporting to the leadership team internally

About you: We are seeking an experienced client facing Senior Project Manager / Senior Producer with an understanding of creative experiential events as well as scenic, build, AV and project delivery of brand activations and immersive experiences. A strong background in experiential production and ideally some experience of working with content would be preferable.
